What makes MASHA different from typical sleepwear?
Most sleepwear sells comfort and aesthetics. MASHA goes further. Our PJs are built to regulate. That means removing physical friction: heat, clinging, seams that dig in, elastic that shifts. Your body stops fighting what it's wearing. When the friction goes, the body settles. When the body settles, the mind follows. All while being incredibly soft and comfortable.
Is MASHA fabric natural or synthetic?
Our core fabric is 95% Tencel™ Modal, a plant-based fibre derived from wood pulp. The remaining 5% elastane was chosen to provide stretch and shape retention, ensuring the garment maintains its structure over time.
How does MASHA approach sustainability?
We prioritise longevity and responsible production. Our pieces are designed to retain shape and softness with proper care, reducing unnecessary replacement. We also work with manufacturing partners who hold recognised sustainability certifications and follow established environmental and safety standards.
Is MASHA suitable during hormonal changes or temperature fluctuations?
MASHA is designed to feel settled through natural temperature and moisture shifts. The Tencel™ Modal composition and balanced fabric weight help maintain comfort without feeling overly thin or heavy.
What makes MASHA suitable year-round?
The combination of Tencel™ Modal and a balanced fabric weight allows the garment to remain comfortable through changing temperatures — without feeling heavy in warmer months or insubstantial in cooler ones.
Will MASHA work postpartum or during pregnancy?
Yes. MASHA is designed for fluctuating bodies. The elastic waistband and relaxed fit are built to move with you through pregnancy, postpartum, and every change in between.

SIZING
How should I choose my size, and what if I am between sizes?
Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger for a looser drape. If you are unsure, contact us and we will assist you.
Do the pieces allow for natural body fluctuations?
The elastane blend supports movement and recovery, allowing the garment to adapt without losing shape. The waistband features an adjustable drawstring for a personalised fit, and the overall silhouette is intentionally relaxed rather than restrictive.
CARE
How do I wash MASHA?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid high heat and fabric softener. Tumble dry low or air dry for longest life.
How long should a set last?
Years, with proper care. The fabric weight and composition were chosen to last, and MASHA gets softer with every wash. Our dye process is built for colour retention, so the set you buy today will still look like MASHA after dozens of washes.
Will Masha shrink, pill, or lose shape?

Where are orders dispatched from?
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. UK shipping is complimentary. International shipping is £7. Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–14 working days, depending on the destination. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local carriers. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
What is your return window?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with original labels attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return has been inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

What if I don't know their size?
Sizing is intuitive and MASHA runs slightly oversized, so it's forgiving. If you're still concerned about the fit send them a MASHA gift card and let her choose.
Does Masha offer gift cards and how does it work?
Yes we do. Once you purchase a gift card, it’s sent directly to the recipient by email with your message included. You can choose to send it to yourself first if you’d prefer to forward it personally.
Can I include a message?
Yes. You can add a personal message, which will be delivered along with the gift card.
When will the gift card be delivered?
Gift cards are delivered instantly after purchase. If you’d like to send it at a specific time, you can send it to yourself and share it when you’re ready.
Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards do not expire.
Can a gift card be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but they can be used anytime.

Not at the moment. MASHA arrives in considered packaging that doesn't need wrapping.
